Who We Are
I would like to take a moment to introduce myself and my company The Next Step. The company specializes in continuing education for Managers, Supervisors, and tele-communicators. Topic to include but not limited to Team Building, Customer Service & Neutralizing Negativity in the work place.
As you all know, our public safety departments are an intricate part of the first responders across this country and are truly an intricate part of our community safety. It is our company belief that dispatchers across this country are forgotten within the loop of the emergency response process and therefore we have targeted this area as well as public safety overall as a priority to provide quality training to personnel who specialize in their professional field of work. Additionally whether it is budgetary constraints, staffing issues or just lack of insight there seems to be no cutting edge training available in this field. It is my goal and the goals of The Next Step to bridge this gap and provide you with the tools needed to assist all of you in doing your job to the best of your ability. This will ensure that all of you will be able to provide the critical information needed to ensure that everyone within the public safety sector will respond safely and adequately and everyone will return home. It is truly our belief that all of you are the critical and vital link within this process that is needed to make this happen. For these reasons and many more we want to provide you with an array of training opportunities to assist you in bringing you and your agency to the forefront of your profession.
By joining our team and allowing me to provide you with a conference or seminar can be the starting point for you and your agency in meeting the demands placed upon you as well as ensuring that you remain the highly trained professional that everyone expects. This will also continue the process of ensuring that everyone remains safe and that you and your agency remain free and clear from all of the liability issues that are placed upon us.
